hmm.. they are nice. Something just looks kinda funny. the barrels look a bit to wide and the end looks like a hose nosel :| . Perhaps if you made the turret part a bit taller too on the medium and heavy.

They are a bit toy like but that is propably needed to make the details show att the warzone scale.
The muzzle brake doesn't really look like a muzzle brake right now but otherwise it's good.

It is because the model doesn't have diffuse texture and AO texture could be a bit darker to remove "plastic" effect. I think that now Olrox can do his "magic". He always transform my models from "normal/good" to "awesome" by his textures. :D

also I think that barrel should use hexagonal cylinder instead of pentagonal.

Awesome design ;)
Hmm 4 million polys... are you sure you're not able to turn down the turbosmooth a little?
Not even my high-poly models ever exceed 100k polys, I usually only have the subsurf at level 2, which means each quad is subdivided into 16 quads.
Subdivision is great stuff but sometimes you have to limit it...

I use the turbosmooth modifier with multiplier = 3 but before that I tesselate a model 3 times. :)

Mangust, I suggest that I merge all you topics (light cannon, heavy cannon, medium cannon) into one named models by mangust. What do you think?
